A large aquarium in Berlin, housed in the lobby of the city’s Radisson Collection Hotel, has burst, flooding the hotel and nearby streets with millions of litres of water. The AquaDom, as it is known, was a 25-metre tall cylindrical aquarium and one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city, drawing in thousands of visitors each year with its unique design and diverse array of aquatic life. Home to over 1,500 fish representing over 50 different species, it was a saltwater tank that features a variety of colourful tropical fish, including angelfish, clownfish, and parrotfish. The aquarium also included several species of coral and other marine plants, creating a vibrant and diverse ecosystem for the fish to thrive in.

The 100ml airport liquid rule, which has been in place for over a decade, is set to end.
