  1. Rev. Marty Porter says:

Keep up the good work! I appreciate your efforts. Any show that combines good Lutheran theology and bump music by The Clash is O.K. with me.
By the way, speaking of music, it might be time to change the wrap-up song. After listening to a podcast on the way to Walmart – I found myself standing in the candy aisle (in my clericals) unaware that I was quietly singing that goofy song, as a woman stood off to the side and looked at me out of the corner of her eye. Not good.

  2. Jeremiah Caughran says:

Hey, what happened in the last minute or two? It suddenly sounded like Craig was talking through a paper towel tube into the mic (or something like that). Other than that, great podcast, guys! Are you going to have to do two episodes on this article due to not getting to everything in this episode?

  3. wcwirla says:

@ Jeremiah – Technical difficulties in the last two minutes. I think Craig tried to splice a cover.

1Tim 3:2 Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled… Just consider the God Whisperers a gift – on the job training if you will in the “self controlled” department. :-)

Yeah – somehow a file got launched into the ether-world and vanished. I was much too lazy to go and set up all the gear to make it sound good, so you got the USB headset mic and me – low quality on all sides.

@ Rev. Porter – that’s funny….and sad. Come on guys, help a brother out, lose the song!!!
“Jesus is a Mountie” is so last year.
