Parents and other authorities? Yup, that’s right. God’s gift of order. Drop that inner brat of yours down the well of the 4th commandment.

I started listening to your show around episode 75 or so. I just started back to #1 and just finished #4. It brought up a few questions. When a biological mom and or dad relinquishes their right as a parent in the eyes of the Civil Law, how can the child honor thy father and mother? I totally get the grace giving issue but what happens as the kid grows up and years later the biological parent wants to ‘get to know you’ again? The 4th Commandment doesn’t have a time limit, I know but really what is your opinion on this, thought, comments, etc. I’d love to hear them.
